Terms of Service

1. Private Preview Status

StrokeHQ is in active development and is provided during Private Preview on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. Public standings and other preview surfaces are not a commitment to any particular product roadmap or service level.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, design systems, visual assets, documentation, and trademarks associated with StrokeHQ belong exclusively to BYOS Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform except as expressly permitted in writing.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape or harvest data from the site with automated tools
• Probe, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to feature-flagged, authenticated, or otherwise restricted routes
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users’ use of StrokeHQ

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYOS Limited is not liable for preview downtime, data loss, delayed features, or damages arising from system updates or your use of StrokeHQ during Private Preview. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
